Fendi188 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or attempted fraud; breach of terms of use; provision of false information during registration; activities involving money laundering; use of more than one account; or violation of promotional policies. Eligible balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, unless evidence of fraud is found.
Voluntary Closure
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete. Self-exclusion requests related to responsible gambling will be handled promptly and without penalty.
Platform Liability Limits
Fendi188 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or betting losses. The platform's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
